Arriva Graduate Programme (Operation Management Programme)EN
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
We are looking for candidates for the Operation Management Programme (focused on leadership in our depots).
The Graduate Programme is an 18 months programme for people who just graduated from university or have maximum 2 years of work experience after graduating.
In blocks of six months you will work in various positions in the organisation, it includes:
- An operation management position in a depot
- A project
- Working in a Head office department (supporting the operation department)
There will be 4 training modules organised in the Great Britain, it includes:
- Induction Day
- Innovation Course
- Commercial Thinking
- Managing Change
This way you get a good picture of the organization and you will experience in practice what role suit you best. In every role you get many responsibilities in a relatively short period. You will be linked to the HR Manager who will coach you during the whole programme and also get every six months another supervisor when you change roles.
Arriva operates, besides Czech Republic, in 13 other European countries. Part of your Graduate Programme can also be an international project in another country. Besides that there are a lot of opportunities to share experiences and to network with graduates from other countries.

The selection is tough, but suits the responsibilities that you have to deal with.
